Note: just like any other day, i was learning and practicing the process. i was asked to memorized the menu so that i could try to recive orders. it's a bit hard to memorize such a big menu in one day. i expected to take at least 2 days. i got chicken chow fan today and it's taste better than just vegetables.

Time: 5-8:30
Note: Probably last day of work, i tried to write down order but it didn't go as planned. i had to get help from other waitor because i didn't understand what the customer is saying in cantonese. the boss told me to be more friendly and open to customer and not to be afraid of asking what they need.
